Idid a total clean boot as per the above instructions after reinstalling Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. It still will not work in Windows 11. Strangely, It did work in Windows 11 up till at least version Windows 11 Insider Preview 22581.1 (ni_release). It is now on Windows 11 Insider Preview 22598.1 (ni_release). Any help would be greatly
Uninstallold Photoshop software. Type Control Panel in the Windows Search bar. Find Programs and select the Uninstall a program option. Navigate trough the list and find Adobe Photoshop application. Right-click on it and select Uninstall/Change. Follow the process of uninstalling the program.
Itworked well with my desktop and XP but not so well with a laptop and Windows 7. I now have a laptop with Windows 10 and I'm wondering if it is even worth trying to install. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it since I have a half written book on painting techniques that I put together with InDesign and it looked great.
