I removed the EGR valve ,and for 12v it is working fine the valve. (pinout 1-5 ) The electrical resistance pinout : 6-2 4,9Kohm. 6-4 1,35Kohm.
I'm having a DF647 error (EGR valve position regulation). Have the valve replaced with a new one, persumably faultless, but the error remains. :crazy: Measured parameters are: PR128 (first offset) and PR129 (last offset) are both at 800%. PR022 (position difference) is roughly 50%.
#2 · Jan 5, 2012 Have'nt got the EGR removed yet. MAF came today so ten minutes should stick it in tonight. My only concern now is a little knocking noise low down in the revs in 1st & gear 2nd. The hesitation/missing seems to be in any gear from approx1600rpm to about 2200rpm.
